Sutam Letter

One short email each Sunday. It carries one verbatim passage from a dharma teacher, the teacher's name, a link to hear that moment on sutam.org, and a link to the teacher's own website. Nothing else: no commentary, no summaries. Every letter has an unsubscribe link.

“If you have that easeful relationship to the fact that thoughts will arise and carry us away, and you know that this is just part of it, then the mind doesn't get upset, it doesn't get restless, it doesn't get agitated by the fact that this is happening.” — Joseph Goldstein First Day Morning Instructions (Retreat at Spirit Rock)
