One day, I was thinking about my poor heart because I was hearing my heart beating. Sometimes you hear that, right? Sometimes you sit down and you hear your heart beating. And suddenly I realized, wow, my heart never had a break. Thank goodness, because if it did have a break, well... Would have been dangerous, right? So I was thinking, wow, I need so many breaks. I need to stop. I need to relax, chillax.
- 1:35
It's true, isn't it? It's really true, that's what it is. And then I thought about my lungs, also never fail to breathe. If we did, I won't be sitting here talking to you. So I thought, wow, all these organs. And then I thought about my liver. All the toxins, you know, all the junk food I have eaten in my life. All those things that I shouldn't have but I like to eat. It all goes through the liver, right? And the liver, poor liver has to deal with all of that.
- 8:46
You can imagine or visualize golden rays of light spreading through your body, meeting and greeting each organ, expressing your gratitude and giving affection, loving kindness to each part stage by stage and allowing every part to rest.
- 20:17
I love the golden rays of light. Rays of affection to reach every single cell in your body. and allow your body to heal.
- 24:29
I invite you to take three long, deep breaths. Slowly, mindfully, gently. And at the end of the last one, you can open your eyes and come out of meditation.

1:19 Then with that gratitude came a lot of affection, like real affection, as if my heart was like a little being as well, you know, who's been working really hard to keep me alive, you know. It's true, isn't it? It's really true, that's what it is. And then I thought about my lungs, also never fail to breathe. If we did, I won't be sitting here talking to you. 4:41 It's a different way of connecting. Whether you manage to connect or not, just have those organs, each one, one at a time. Thank you so much for being so helpful to me, for free.
